Thank you for participating! The purpose of this program is to provide educational, social, and creative opportunities through photography outings, community engagement, and potential exhibition opportunities. Please read this agreement carefully before signing.

I understand that participation in photography outings and outdoor activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, uneven terrain, weather conditions, wildlife encounters, physical exertion, and the potential for serious injury, illness, permanent disability, or death. I voluntarily choose to participate and assume full responsibility for my own safety and well-being.

I confirm that I am physically able to participate. I understand that no medical services or insurance coverage are provided. In case of emergency, I authorize organizers to seek medical assistance at my expense.

ARCS does not provide transportation unless specifically stated otherwise. Parents or guardians remain responsible for arranging transportation to and from activity locations. Unless otherwise indicated, participants must be picked up promptly at the conclusion of each activity.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless the American Romanian Cultural Society, its staff, board members, volunteers, and representatives from any claims arising from my participation, including those resulting from ordinary negligence.

I agree to act responsibly, respect others, follow safety guidance, and understand that this is a social group activity, not a professionally guided hike. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
