This year marked the most competitive application cycle in the program’s ten-year history, with more than 100 applicants representing over 20 states. Each application was carefully reviewed in full, including essays and letters of recommendation.

We’d like to extend a special round of congratulations to the participants of the SpARCS team, which is comprised of ARCS’ own youth leaders. Congratulations Sabina Clinciu, Catarina Pîrvu, Ariana Pîrvu, Isabel Kaempfer, Maya Bacioiu, Anna Dumitrașcu, Maria Bălan, Daniel Lazăr! SpARCS team received the Growth Leaders award for their efforts in promoting Romanian culture and their outreach to the public.
